Dr. Bentley Gibson, The Bias Adjuster educates and informs individuals, families, social, and professional groups on what it means to be Biased, to have Biases, and Biased as a Definition. Dr. Gibson provides Bias, otherwise known as Prejudice, assessment by providing the Meaning of Prejudice. Utilizing several of the latest and most effective scientific tools to analyze how Biases or Prejudice may be impacting your life or the lives of those around you. The Bias Adjuster then provides customized solutions for Bias Adjustment and Prevention. The Bias Adjuster specializes in diversity training and psychological assessment of biased attitudes and behaviors using the latest scientific psychological measures . The Bias Adjuster can provide you with a detailed analysis of your attitudes/biases (racial, gender, and/or sexuality) , how they may be impacting your behaviors and how you can change them to more desirable attitudes and behaviors. We provide specialized programs based on the individual(s) and the attitudes they are trying to adjust, with programs for children and adults (2 years old and up).

Dr. Bentley L. Gibson (founder of the Bias Adjuster) is a Psychologist whose work focuses on the development of racial/ethnic attitudes and identity, and the best practices to reduce prejudice. The Bias Adjuster specializes in diversity training and psychological assessment of biased attitudes and behaviors using the latest scientific psychological measures . We create children’s products and programs that foster positive racial attitudes. The Bias Adjuster also can provide detailed analysis and training on racial attitudes/biases , how they impact behaviors and how to change them to more desirable attitudes and behaviors. We provide specialized diversity training programs to individual(s) and organizations.
