I’m in Atlanta. I’m a 12 year nurse with over 7 years women’s health experiences and a 6 year practicing doula, but I was operating as a doula by the age of 16 (before I knew there was a such thing).

As your doula, I make it my duty to nurture, support, and ensure the atmosphere is peaceful, calm, and serene.

I pray with and over my families, I get my hands dirty and my feet wet, I speak life, I carry the weight, and I POUR until I’m empty, and that’s not until mom and baby are both safe and sound.

I not only nurture the moms, I make sure fathers feel supported and seen as well.

I was born to do this work, and it brings me so much joy and honor to serve God’s babies in this way.

Tia helps clients assess health issues, self limiting behaviors, and past issues that play a role in their current state of health. This assessment is followed by coaching that breaks down the barriers to achieve optimal wellness.
