The next The Elite Peasant Community Yoga session begins next Wednesday January 10! Throughout the 6-week session, we will explore mindful, flowing poses to help build strength and balance, focus on range of motion, improving flexibility and promoting overall sense of peace and well-being. Held at the Amphitheater at Brook Run Park from 5:15-6pm, Wednesday evenings. Open to all ages, $72 for 6-week session.
