Greetings! I am Keoki. I am a Christian Plant- Based Wellness Advocate, educator, and author. I am a God- Fearing woman and mother.

I enjoy creating ways to help motivate others to look to natural foods and better food selections to find success in thier own health goal. I enjoy writing, singing, and creating content to promote the concept of adding mostly plants to the plate. I decided to create a platform to help promote the importance of consuming mostly plants.
