Is “IT” a scam.... Some people just can't get beyond their 9-5, 3-11 or 11-7 shifts. Because I don't have a schedule, it doesn't make what I do less valid.

I don't have a salary cap.
I don't have mandatory hours.
I don't have a time limit on my vacations and I'm not limited to taking one per year.

My bathroom room breaks aren't scheduled.
My Lunch time is not planned out by someone else.
I get to pick Joiya up and take her to school.
I'm not told to put my phone away, ever!!!
