Unfortunately, the American diet lacks the essential vitamins and minerals. Therefore, you need to supplement. All three of these medications are anti-depressants which work by increasing serotonin levels in the brain.

However, taking them may increase suicidal thoughts or actions in some people 24 or younger.

More importantly, typical side effects are nausea, diarrhea, sweating, & tremors. Also, it takes a while for these drugs to become therapeutic in your blood stream. And if you are coming off of them doses should be tapered instead of abruptly stopping.

Finally, I think drugs are a temporary fix to a spiritual problem and shouldn’t be used long -term.
