Wow, December is here!!! We can’t believe that time has arrived. The end of the year has come so fast. So much transition took place in 2025; both personally and with ADHS.

We relocated to the West coast; causing a slow build rather than no build. Besides, success is not measured by speed, it’s earned through consistency. Plus it looks different to all, depending on what the goal is.

Nonetheless, we’re here and wrapping this phase of our journey up. Looking forward to endless possibilities every step of the way.

Candle burning is a good way to establish a relaxing atmosphere; a place and time to relax, focus, and wind down.

Truly every living organism comes from a seed that holds its genetic blueprint called DNA 🧬.

However, technology has progressed so far that the food chain has been disrupted and modified by GMO’s. Genetically modified organisms.

They often come in the form of seedless fruits & vegetables. The PLU code on the item starting with an (8) tells you it’s a GMO; cancer causing agents.

What you want is your produce to be traditionally grown. Look for a for digit PLU code 3 or 4 .

Finally, just because it’s glittering doesn’t mean it’s gold. You need to be informed about what you put in your stomach.

Being a CNA sometimes requires team work. And if Miss Luna is requesting a certain CNA it means she trust and favors her. Most importantly, Miss Luna would be more inclined to take a shower. Both CNA’s could swap patients to keep patients clean and well cared for. Wouldn’t you agree?

Not only should you take good care of your skin, you should also watch how you stretch it. Example: gaining more tfan 10 lbs. Because the only way to get rid of flab is by excision( cutting it off).

In addition, be sure to cleanse skin regularly with soap and water, to prevent sores or breakdown from bacteria.

Last, if you're bedbound, or wheelchair bound, be sure to change positions every 2hrs to prevent pressure ulcers. Because, believe it or not, you could lose your life from a break in the skin once bacteria gets in.

🌶️Jalapeño peppers are a very good source of Vitamin C , B6, & Capsaicin which helps boost metabolism, and aids in weight loss.

🌶️ In addition, they are inexpensive and can be used in so many meals such as:
🌶️soups
🌶️poppers
🌶️beans
🌶️cornbreads
🌶️salads
🌶️salsa

🌶️I’m going to chop these up a freeze them for my soups, salads, salsa, and cornbread. They ‘ll definitely help keep us warm during the winter months by boosting our metabolism. No more boring meals!

In this economy, rent has skyrocketed to the point people are losing their homes and apartments. However, a solution to that would be sharing a space or splitting hosing costs. The idea situation would be for some sharing a room . While others would need a private room. And though the CNA is responsible, so is the facility. Where are they in this matter? In addition, even with two CNA’s a Hoyer can fail. Especially if it’s old, and the it’s weight is just too much to bare. I don’t think the punishment fits the crime. Even, if it was my loved one. Accidents will always happen… it’s Murphy law. If anything can go wrong it will go wrong. I’m just stating the facts.

Imagine being left alone to use a Hoyer lift… you’re doing your best with what you got. The patient slips, falls, and dies. A year later — you’re the one charged.

That’s the reality of Diamond Johnson, a CNA now facing negligent homicide charges after a tragic accident. 💔

Let’s be real — a Hoyer lift is a TWO-person job. Always has been. Always will be. Facilities and agencies love to talk about “staffing shortages” until it’s time to take responsibility.

They’ll leave you with 8 or more patients who all need total care, expect miracles, and still pay you like you work retail. 😤

CNAs deserve support. CNAs deserve safety. CNAs deserve better. And though all of this is true, You have to still always use your best judgement in these moments.
