Tonight I grilled chicken breast in the air fryer with lemon pepper. Very tasty. Also added some melted cheese.

Started eating before I got my picture. A boiled egg, 3 slices of ham, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese & handful of pork rinds. Only 4 carbs in the cottage cheese. I’m full.

Chris had a ham & cheese sandwich. I had my own version of ham & cheese.

Almost forgot to take my picture. Having a 1/2 pound burger & 2 boiled eggs. Pretty good. Blood sugar has been I. The 90’s for 2 weeks now but it was up to 129 this morning. Not sure why it was up but I’m trying to keep it low. The lower your blood sugar is the better.

You can eat at Burger places if you are carnivore. Just don’t eat the bun.

WoW! Super fail. Was going to make chaffles to use as bun for my burgers. Chris wanted a potato. He’s not carnivore so I thought I’d make him a potato with lots of cheese on it. Supposed to be able to put a whole boiled potato in the waffle iron with the cheese & egg mixture. It didn’t work!
So I’m having burger patties with fried cheese. No chaffles.

3:00 pm I had my first meal of 2 fried eggs & about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.

I decided I better get back on here to be more accountable. I have not had sugar at all since January 1st. But…. Last night we celebrated Eli’s birthday with German Chocolate Cake. So I had 2 pieces of cake for dinner.
Today I’m back on zero carb. This is chicken breasts with a sauce of broth & heavy whipping cream. I put mozerella cheese on top. Made 8 breasts for several meals Easy crock pot meals.

Today I’m decluttering “B” for books. We have 2 bookcases that are so full they have spilled over into the China cabinet. There are books on both nightstands & bunches in Chris’ office.
I’m planning on reducing at least 10.
You don’t have to throw them away. There is one of those small lending library boxes across the street. Some are going there. One is of a quality that I’m taking it to the City Library. Two are heading to the trash. I’m giving a few to the senior center or to the veterans home.
