So, I took the prompts from my own journal that I used when on my womb healing journey (painful menstruation and seggsual trauma),coupled with a few other reflective meditations and created a womb journal for other women to develop a healthy relationship with themselves and their wombs.

MY journey in healing my womb has resulted in:

- Increase in self-worth and self-value
- Better Self-Care
-Attracting Higher Quality Relationships
-Better Boundaries/Healthier Standards
- Healthier body
- Finding my voice
- A More joy centered life

When we transition, all we will have left are the impressions that we left upon The Earth, and those that we love, and the way that we made them feel.

We will account for the way that we lived while we were here. When the initiation of death comes, may she not meet us with feelings of shame and regret. That's why we must be a warrior of our personal freedom NOW and choose to live and love freely ❤️
