12/31/2025
As the final hours of 2025 tick away, I’m finding myself in a space of deep reflection. It’s easy to look at a year as a blur of trips, relocations, events, work commitments, and discipline, but when I actually pause ⏸️, I’m amazed at the transformation that happens when you stop rushing toward a “better” version of yourself and start honoring the version that is right here. 🕯️✨
2025 was the year I traded “expectations “ for “presence.” It was the year of early morning stretching sessions when the world was still quiet—learning that strength isn’t just about the weight on the bar, but the discipline of showing up for yourself before you show up for everyone else. It was the year of navigating the “pivoting routes” 🥴of life—the messy, uncoordinated moments—and learning to laugh through the chaos instead of demanding perfection. 🎄🔨
Professionaly, it has been a journey of bring clarity on how my coaching service can impact people lives and deepening my impact through volunteering . I’ve moved further into feel coaching practices and mentoring work, build a course, which I am very proud of. I’ve learned that the most sustainable growth doesn’t come from hustle; it comes from clarity.
The biggest lesson of 2025? Growth isn’t always a loud post on social media. Sometimes, it’s a quiet morning stretching. Sometimes, it’s a deep and difficult conversation. Sometimes, it’s simply choosing to stay present for people you love, when the “work” tells you it’s not enough.
As I look toward 2026, I’m not making a list of things to “improve.” Instead, I’m carrying forward the clarity I’ve fought for: more courage, deeper connections, and the strength to remain present through it all.
Here’s to us and clear intentions. 🥂✨
