Geeitng feedback from the recent Thrive Tribe workshop was truly validating reminder that focus isn’t just about managing time—it’s about managing your most valuable currency: your priorities. Which we have A LOT OF THEM
Our group of 12 dove into the reality of “Decision Fatigue,” which often leaves high-achieving women and entrepreneurs feeling like a computer running 50 programs at once. We explored how to “close the tabs” on mental clutter to reclaim the clarity needed to lead businesses and lives we actually trust.
We put this into practice using the C.L.E.A.R. method I use a lot:
*
Collaboration: Realizing we don’t have to achieve our vision alone.
*
Limit: Setting time frames to turn “should-dos” into “must-dos”.
*
Emotion: Connecting to the drive and energy that fuels our “Why”.
*
Action: Developing the simple habit of doing, which reduces stress.
*
Refine: Giving ourselves permission to modify goals as life evolves.
The goal isn’t to do more; it’s to do what matters with a clear head. Seeing everyone walk away feeling “lighter” after our brain dump and audit was the best feedback I could ask for.
