It is now approaching 8 years for the case posted with Maxillary Lateral Crowns & TADplants that are still integrated. Great News! I located one of our original clinical trial patients. Two maxillary lateral TADplants (Six Yrs Ago) were placed with provisional crowns. Byron and I talked last evening. He is extremely happy that the TADplants lasted this long. Me too!! TADplants were developed for young patients (pediatric) that may be too young for conventional endosseous dental implants. The "placeholder dental implant" was designed to hold receptor site bone until the pediatric patient matures. TADplants can be used for adult patients that can not NOW afford permanent dental implants.
