On a short 5 week notice Marcia dove in head 1st never once wavering or worrying about the outcome. She’s brave and she’s my hero! Through thick and thin Marcia you’re the bomb and don’t forget it! Heart disease has affected both of my precious nephews. Stephen lost the battle and Michael is still fighting with an ejection fraction of 16. With this in mind, I made a donation to help this family.

Sending some to the one person I’ve had the honor to coach that (Pro & Amateur) has the best of any I’ve ever coached. NPC Bikini Competitor Stephanie Wagner Smiling and shining after a tough 11th place finish at this years Arnold Amateur. The Monday morning feels of having an athlete not only hand invited to compete, but crack that 1st Callout and cement herself as one the top 5! Congrats to IFBB Pro Marcia Goncalves! This was one hell of a tough road for her. She deserved this and much more. Excellent job by the selection committee selecting what will be noted as one of the most difficult Arnold Bikini lineups in history. ***Y

So we kept on trucking and someone’s name was called who ultimately ended up in the box on Thursday. Marissa Bell’s name would be called out for 2nd Place in Open Bikini Class G, even though she’s normally F class On Saturday! Marissa is a true wildcard. Got all the love in the world for her.
