✈️ Just because I’m traveling doesn’t mean I leave my wellness behind.
💡 Movement is my non-negotiable—whether it’s hotel yoga, a walk between meetings, or hopping on a Peloton like I did on my recent trip to Vancouver.
Moms, this is your reminder: you don’t have to pause your health goals on vacation. You just have to pivot.

✅ Schedule a 15-min bodyweight workout
✅ Choose active outings like scenic walks!
