You know that label on the back of your snacks? Yeah… it’s not just decoration. Here’s what it’s really trying to tell you 👇

🥣 Serving Size: This is what they think you’ll eat. Not what you’ll actually eat while watching Netflix.
🔥 Calories: These don’t measure health, just energy. A donut and a salad can have the same calories — but only one makes you feel like a superhero later.
💧 Fat: Don’t fear it! Just make sure it’s the good kind. (Trans fats are the villains of this story 🦹‍♂️)
🧂 Sodium: Salt isn’t the bad guy — balance is. Unless you’re eating ramen every meal, you’re fine.
🍭 Added Sugars: The sneaky troublemakers. Companies love to hide sugar under fancy names — maltodextrin, corn syrup, or “love” (okay, not really).
🌾 Fiber: Think of it as your gut’s personal trainer. Keeps things moving… literally 💨
📜 Ingredients List: If it sounds like a science experiment, maybe don’t eat it. Less is more — and if you can’t pronounce it, neither can your stomach 😂
