My days of partying on a Thursday and working on Friday are behind me 😂😂😂 I feel terrible. 😩 But we had a great time at an event for a great cause.

A couple of pics from the GCAPP event last night (Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential). Jane Fonda’s organization is doing great work. They have reduced Teen pregnancy in the state from our previous #1 status to #15 and they are hoping to expand their impact. https://www.gcapp.org/

Welcome to our new page, T.A.G (Tandua and Gee) Team Total Wellness. We are a married couple who have found a passion for total mind and body wellness. Tandua is a board-certified Pediatrician who has Sickle Cell Disease (SS) and, on her journey to optimize her own health and that of her children (who also have Sickle Cell), began to seek out more unconventional approaches to managing health. Gee is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist who found his own passion for wellness after experiencing personal and family health issues. Together we specialize in holistic medicine approaches to chronic conditions, healthy eating, and total body transformations, the safe and natural way.

We will post information on alternative medicine options, recipes, and basic workout routines.
