Intellect is knowing a tomato is a fruit. 🍅 Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad. 🥗

This saying reminds me of the importance of self-awareness in navigating change. Knowing facts and having knowledge (intellect) is valuable, but wisdom is about understanding context and using that knowledge effectively.

We may know what needs to change in our lives, but wisdom helps us understand how to approach it. Just because we can make a change doesn’t mean it’s the right time or place. Self-awareness lets us see where we fit in the bigger picture, making our choices more intentional.

Embrace knowledge and wisdom in your journey, and remember that change is most impactful when applied thoughtfully.
