As we close out 2025, we are deeply grateful for every opportunity to push our young men forward. This year has been one of building, growing, collaborating, and intentionally creating access for our young men—especially Black and Brown young men—to grow, thrive, and become who they were created to be.
The work we do is not rooted in isolation, division, or discrimination. It is rooted in purpose.
Nationally, only 17% of Black men and 16% of Latino men earn a bachelor’s degree, compared to 37% of White men. Black youth face unemployment rates nearly twice as high, and without intervention, 1 in 3 Black men can expect to encounter the justice system at some point in their lifetime. These numbers are not destiny—but they are a call to action.
When Black and Brown young men are equipped with mentorship, leadership development, mental health support, and community engagement, outcomes change dramatically. Mentored young men are more likely to graduate, gain employment, step into leadership, and give back to their communities. Programs that intentionally invest in young men of color report graduation rates as high as 86%.
This work is about meeting young men where they are—and walking with them toward where they are destined to be.
When we equip Black and Brown young men, we are not excluding society—we are gifting society excellence.
As we step into 2026, our commitment is clear: to empower, uplift, and cultivate servant leaders. We will continue to expose our young men not only to their immediate surroundings, but to opportunities beyond what they can see—because their impact is bigger than their zip code.
The work continues.
The vision is strong.
The future is bright.
