Step outside or onto a floor surface, place both feet firmly down, and inhale deeply for 4 seconds⦠exhale for 6. Feel your body reconnect.
2ļøā£ Hand-to-Heart Hold:
Place one hand over your heart, one on your belly. Slow your breath. Let your body know: āWeāre safe. Weāre here.ā
3ļøā£ 60-Second Body Scan:
Start at your toes and slowly move your awareness upward. Release tension where you find it. Let your energy settle.
