We are so excited that the 2nd Annual Powerful in Pink 5K will be on October 18th! 🩷

By putting your pink to the pavement, you will be able to run or walk to raise funds and awareness for early detection and breast cancer treatment for local women in the West Georgia area.

We’re excited to invite you to our Summer Safety Class on Saturday, May 17th from 10 AM–1 PM! ☀️🛟 This free, hands-on event is all about helping you keep your kids safe this summer.

The UWG Center for Integrative Wellness will lead a CPR demonstration, and Love Can Build a Briggs will share important tips on choosing the right flotation devices for your little ones.

Come learn, ask questions, and leave feeling more confident and prepared for the summer!

Born out of a love for others and a desire to help in simple but significant ways, Be the Light Medical Missions was founded as a non-profit organization in 2019. Volunteers include healthcare workers, construction workers, moms, dads, families, friends, and supporters from all walks of life. Together, our teams have provided free medical services to some of the poorest communities in the Western Hemisphere as well as right in our “backyard”. They have also provided food, newborn supplies, clothing, and other basic necessities to patients of all walks of life.
