Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license for Georgia or a compact license with GA eligibility.

Reliable transportation to travel to and from clientsโ homes.

Ability to complete initial assessments on time during and after scheduled visits.

Electronic device (laptop or tablet) for documentation.
โ
Experience with the EDWP program (not required, but a plus!).
