But let’s be clear: it’s not just yoga challenge. Join me for a 5 day MIND + BODY program that combines Yoga, Nutrition and Reflection to jump start your Self-Love Journey. Self-love happens off the mat in all the small choices we make daily. So here’s the challenge: Each day, Mon-Fri, you‘ll do 20-30 min yoga flow followed by a 5 min meditation, led by Yours Truly. I’ll also give you an affirmation and journal prompt of the day. On your own, commit to a healthier diet for the 5 days. Maybe that means adding a daily smoothie, salad or green juice or swapping your normal snacks for better choices. You know best what your body is asking for. I’ll provide some of my favorite recipes throughout the week to give you some ideas and inspiration.
