Due to weather conditions, our office will be closed Monday morning.

All patients scheduled for Monday morning have been contacted to reschedule.

We plan to open Monday afternoon, but will continue to monitor the weather and post updates if anything changes.

We want to share that Nurse Practitioner Eliza Antonowich will be moving out of state and her last day with our practice will be February 4, 2026. We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication she has given our patients. She will truly be missed, and we wish her all the best in her next chapter. 💙
