I have always exercised and ate what I thought was healthy foods. Gym everyday, ran 6 miles 3-4 times a week and didn't eat fried foods or lots of sugar. While going through this journey I realized not everything I thought was healthy fell into the alkaline food group, taking multivitamins, nor by drinking bottled water was I getting the nutrients i needed. that if you keep your body in an alkaline state then heart disease, Diabetes and even cancer along with other diseased cannot live. So how do we get healthy?
