Red Light Therapy is now available at Foundation Health!!!!🤯🥳🤩
Dr. Adams has brought in a FULL BODY panel that delivers the best of the best, including Red Light, Near-Infrared, and pulsed frequencies, plus another full body PEMF & grounding mat to lay on so you're getting it from *both sides*.
The benefits of red light therapy go on and on, which is why you'll find it in spas, gyms, and progressive health centers all over the world.
But... the setups you'll find in most of those places don't even compare with what we offer here. With the additional Near-Infrared therapy, you go beyond cosmetic benefits to deep tissue, cellular activation and mitochondrial support. (Say hello to more energy, decreased inflammation, quicker recovery, and a whole host of other benefits!!)
Ask google or ChatGPT, they'll tell you all about it. =D
Prioritize YOUR health and healing by booking your appointment or better yet, buying a discounted package that will bring you compounded benefits, session after session.

Remembering our founding doctor today, Ryan Adams (also Dr. Brandt’s younger brother), who passed 7 years ago from brain cancer on April 21, 2018. Take a minute to learn about the story behind the practice.
We love you forever Ryan!
Foundation Chiropractic has a rich story of love between 2 dedicated and talented chiropractor-brothers. Written in memory of Ryan Adams, DC.

We support and encourage healing at all levels. But sometimes healing doesn't come, or it comes in unexpected ways. The Chiropractor's Wife shares her personal experience and perspective with infertility, autoimmune disease, and faith.
We want people to believe healing is possible, because it is. But it doesn't always come in the ways we're seeking.

Give a listen to the chiropractor’s wife talk about moving forward with chronic illness.
CGMs are now widely available without insurance approval and can be a valuable tool in understanding your metabolic health.

I don't share much on FB these days but since April is awareness month for this illness, I'm branching out. Exactly one year ago (well, tomorrow) I was in the hospital at Emory in Atlanta receiving a new diagnosis--Addisons Disease.
I've got a lot to share and I'm wordy, so I'll keep this part short and just share the link for anyone who's interested. I also share a lot more health related stuff on my newer Instagram account
FYI, the first screenshot is of me and my music therapist coworker in Dallas doing a virtual music therapy session of sorts while my niece in Houston was hospitalized about 10(?) years ago. The second screenshot is of the same niece, now living in the Dallas area, playing the piano to cheer me up while I was in the hospital in Atlanta being diagnosed last year.💙
Ask Dr. Adams about making super-gut yogurt! (Tip: add some clean lemon flavored protein powder to your Greek yogurt for even more protein.) Gut healing and tasty, an all around win. 😋

Dr. Adams practices what he preaches and gets his body moving! Last weekend he joined up with a patient to participate in the Savage Race (obstacle course and mud run) and earned 4th place in his age bracket. Not bad for an old guy. =D
Feel free to add any fitting captions. ;)

What kind of story spreads across America, touches the lives of thousands and profoundly impacts one man’s family? Ours.
Before we tell you the story of one of the founders, though, you should know who we are. Foundation Chiropractic is Dr. Brandt Adams, Amy Ward and Taylor. Yes, just Taylor. She keeps the team together and has become so well-liked that she only needs the one name. So when you get to know her, just say, “We love you, Taylor!”
Early Life
Brandt Adams grew up in Amarillo, Texas. Amarillo is a town on the prairie surrounded by cows, but is an oasis of life and culture with University of Texas as an anchor. He as a very active kid, enjoying sports and the outdoors. While in high school, his family moved to Thomaston, Georgia, where he graduated from Upson-Lee High School. He received an Associate degree in Pre-Architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design. While working in his field over the next few years he had several health challenges of his own. These challenges led him to search for and eventually find an excellent nutritionist here in Georgia who was able to help him understand his issues and correct them. This nutritionist also happened to be a chiropractor.
Brandt was inspired to go to chiropractic school with a focus on nutrition and physiology. He attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He also received Bachelor’s degrees in Anatomy and Health and Wellness. While at Parker University he worked in the research department studying the effects of chronic pain in cancer patients. He also served as an intern at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His research and patient care is focused primarily on the nervous system and how diet and nutrition affect the body in accordance with the principles of functional medicine.
Dr. Adams is very familiar with the supplement industry, both the good and the bad, and has formulated many supplements of his own. He has worked as a health coach and weight loss consultant. He has also worked with many athletes to improve functional movement. He is an educator at heart and seeks to further the message of natural health and wellness. Having overcome many of his own health challenges, he is a proponent of an active lifestyle and a whole food diet.
