It can be difficult to relinquish something that is known and familiar, even while realizing that the old habits and ways are inhibiting our growth.

Any type of change requires establishing a foundation of trust so that when we shake things up to allow the upgrade, we can trust that we will reach the other side of uncomfortableness sooner rather than later.

Then the journey commences to unlearn the habits and behaviors that have disallowed meaningful forward movement and inner growth.
