Align Wellness continues to grow, and we are remaining flexible as things get re-organized as we move towards simplicity in our messaging. We are one united brand with the same vision, values, and vibe, with four categories of offerings, all in service to our root purpose. Couples therapy is often as simple as serving as a translator to make sure that what each person is saying matches what the other person hears. Sometimes we’ve been speaking different languages so long, resentment and hurt have created callouses and walls so thick it’s hard to find the love behind them anymore. I am trained to help you re-learn how to be safe places for each other, so that the risk of being vulnerable enough to try again doesn’t feel insurmountable. I’ve got spots for two more couples.
