Betsy Kimmel, RYT 500, is the Chief Yoga Officer of Laugh & Breathe Yoga. Betsy, a life long athlete, came to yoga after a tennis injury and fell in love with the practice of yoga. While she initially took yoga for the physical aspect, she soon realized a myriad of other benefits from stress release to relaxation. Betsy wants to share her experiences on the mat with others through teaching and hopes they can receive the same benefits on and off the mat.

😔 Retreat Update 😔

Due to the recent freeze in international aid funding, I've made the difficult decision to postpone this spring's retreat.

I know this is disappointing news, and I sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to it.

This decision wasn't made lightly, and with so much uncertainty in the humanitarian sector right now, it feels like the right thing to do.

✨ Stay tuned! ✨ I'm committed to offering retreats in the future, so please keep an eye out for updates.

If you are visiting the Cox’s Bazar, contact me for a group session. A little bit about us: Betsy Kimmel, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, is the Chief Yoga Officer of Laugh & Breathe Yoga. Betsy, a life long athlete, came to yoga after a tennis injury and fell in love with the practice of yoga. While she initially took yoga for the physical aspect, she soon realized a myriad of other benefits from stress release to relaxation. Betsy wants to share her experiences on the mat with others through teaching and hopes they can receive the same benefits on and off the mat. She completed her 500 hour yoga training with Indra Yoga Institute in Goa, India. Betsy has continued her yoga education by attending the Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors and the Mindful Meditation programs at Duke University's Integrative Medicine.
