Showing up for myself means getting up early and starting my morning routine ready to tackle the day. ✨🤎 Making sure I thank God for waking me and my family up, stretching my back and core before brushing my teeth and washing my face. It’s the little things that go ignored that ultimately have us losing ourselves and living a life on repeat without ex*****on.

Not anymore, I’m living with intention and tackling and claiming what is mine. I said wanted to feel more hydrated and started a coconut water challenge to close out 2025 and can honestly say I feel hydrated and filled with energy. My next task is to feel strong again and eat better and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. ✨🤎💪🏾

I’m setting my boundaries and leaping towards my goals. December isn’t just the end of the year, but a close out to old habits and an opening to start anew. So here’s to letting our foot off the gas, full speed ahead!✨🤎👌🏾
