Strength Training. Some call it body sculpting or weight lifting. However, I train for total strength, body mind and spirit. I don’t train to simply watch muscles get bigger, but for strength to increase. Strength begins with the spirit, improves the mind and then disciplines the body to do whatever we want it to do.

For nearly ten years I was able to teach Yoga, Water Aerobics, Body Sculpting, Pilates, Tai Chi and finally Kickboxing. What a wonderful gym to serve at.
