“I value being a PA because it allows me to serve as both a skilled clinician and a trusted advocate, ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. The flexibility and depth of our training empower us to make meaningful contributions across specialties and settings. I am excited to be a PA Ambassador because I believe in amplifying the voice of our profession, especially among future PAs and the broader healthcare community. Through mentoring pre-PA and PA students, I have witnessed the impact of representation and guidance firsthand, and I look forward to further supporting the next generation while promoting a more informed and inclusive future for our field.” - Michelle Igori, MHS, PA-C

As a working mother of four, I value how this career supports both family and professional growth. With 18 years' experience and six specialty changes, I've seen first-hand the adaptability this field offers. “I find great joy in being a PA as it allows me the flexibility to build connections with individuals in multiple areas. I can help those who are in need while inspiring those that will become the future of our healthcare system. This profession has given me a voice that I would not otherwise have. I want to inspire others to be able to find their own voice and be able to take care of those in need. That is why I am also excited to become a PA ambassador. As PAs, we are placed in a position to make a great impact on individual patients and our community at large. We must not forget that what we say and do has meaning and can change the lives of those we care for, speak to, and teach. I look forward to expanding the reach of the PA profession and increasing understanding and appreciation of our profession.” - Michael Sulewski, MMSc, PA-C
