I get a lot of questions about EMRs, business models, and legal setup. Those things matter, but they’re not where the real work starts.

Before any of that, you need clear answers to three basics: who you are, who you serve, and what you’re actually offering. Everything else, from how you talk to patients to what ends up on your website, is built on that foundation.

Entrepreneurship gives you freedom but it doesn’t automatically heal burnout.

If recovery is optional, work will always win.
If stress cycles stay open, exhaustion follows you into the next chapter.
