Week 4

Week four, but not the final four! Several team members have decided to continue Git’n In The Groove with me and I couldn’t be more excited! You ladies have pushed yourselves beyond previously set boundaries and I look forward to continued growth!

As we move about in the business of our day-to-day lives, caring for ourselves often takes a backseat. We neglect the simplest of things, like breathing. I don’t mean the effortless breaths that seem to come automatically, the ones we take for granted; but rather the deep, meaningful breaths that demand us to acknowledge the human anatomy that is making the very action possible.

Take 15-20 minutes a day to yourself...to breath. You’ll be amazed at how you’ll begin to feel. Promise.
