This man is 66 years old… and moving like an athlete again.

But let me make this clear —
that does NOT mean you get up off your non-moving ass and go try this tomorrow.
We’ve been in my program for months, building this step by step.

When he first came to me, he had knee pain, lower-back issues, and a doctor telling him to “just do some light exercise.”
Nah. We didn’t settle for that.
We went through a real process — mobility, stability, strength, movement quality — brick by brick.

And now?
Now we’ve unlocked the athlete that was sitting dormant for years because people kept telling him he was “too old” to be doing stuff like this.

For my older crowd:
You’re not too old. You just need the right plan and the right coach to bring that fire back.

For my younger crowd:
Don’t waste what you got. Stay consistent so you’re not trying to rebuild everything later.

Once an athlete, always an athlete.

Man listen. Women sports has always been aggressive. Now it’s on a bigger stage (thanks to the media which controls everything) and it’s not boring like people think they are. Yes, the little princess is and always had a fierce personality, it’s just society think my little pink weary princess should just sip tea and play with Barbie dolls. (MOST!)Women has always wore there emotions whenever it get challenged. So this Baskeball CC thing ain’t nothing new. It’s just, YOU haven’t been watching women sports. KEEP WATCHING THEM YOULL SEE!!!
