What a wonderful Monday in memory care! We enjoyed tie-dyeing and had a yummy ice cream social on our patio. Thanks to Amber for the ice cream and for sharing some fantastic ideas to brighten up our neighborhood door entrance.

We kicked off our morning with energizing “Silver Strength” exercises. Ms. Olivia guided us through physical therapy, helping us boost our walking strength. Later, we celebrated Earth Day by planting some tomato plants in our raised garden beds. 🍅

We prepared a delightful “Pop’s Recipe” with green beans, just like Murray’s mother used to make for him. He fondly recalls the delicious flavor and the love she poured into each dish - green beans seasoned perfectly with bacon grease and ham from Easter dinner. The dish was delicious!
