Write It Out
Journaling for just 10 minutes can ease anxiety and help untangle your thoughts.
Try: “What’s on my mind today?” or “What do I need right now?”
✍️ Clarity lives in the pen.

📚Back to School = Back to Busy?
You're not the only one feeling the pressure of packed lunches, early alarms, and full calendars. 😅
Transitioning from summer to structure can be stressful—and that’s okay.
🧠 Here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to do it all perfectly.
You just have to take it one deep breath at a time.
✨ Try building in small pockets of calm:
☕ A quiet moment with your coffee
🚶‍♀️ A 5-minute walk between tasks
📵 A no-screen zone during dinner
Back to school should include space for your mental health, too.

Depression isn’t just sadness—it can feel like exhaustion, disconnection, or going through the motions with no energy left. It’s real, it’s valid, and you’re not alone.
💬 If you're struggling, reaching out is a sign of strength—not weakness.
🧠 Support is available, and healing is possible.
Let’s keep breaking the silence around mental health.

Schizophrenia is a severe and often misunderstood mental health condition that affects a person’s ability to think clearly, manage emotions, and relate to others.
Contrary to popular myths:
🚫 Schizophrenia is NOT a “split personality.”
🚫 It does NOT automatically make someone violent or dangerous.
✅ It IS a treatable, chronic disorder—just like diabetes or asthma. Symptoms can include:
🔹 Hallucinations—hearing or seeing things that aren’t there
🔹 Delusions—false, fixed beliefs
🔹 Disorganized thinking or speech
🔹 Flat affect (reduced expression) or withdrawal from relationships
🔹 Trouble with memory or decision-making
Schizophrenia often begins in late teens or early adulthood. While it can be frightening, early intervention, therapy, medication, and strong support systems can dramatically improve outcomes.
Often, people living with schizophrenia can and do lead fulfilling, connected lives—with careers, relationships, and joy.
