Burnout: I'm not sure if it's taking a well needed rest from the holidays, getting sick, dealing with family issues, or a little bit all all of the above but my spiritual battery has been drained completely dry. Has this happened to any of you? I pulled out the Mother Mort's Carnival 1897 Oracle Deck and asked about how to move forward with this burnout and I drew out Morrigan The Great Queen:
My takeaway is that right now, I need the rest to prepare me for something I will need the energy for later. I am being protected and well cared for during this restoration period and I should have faith that when the time comes, I'll be guided by fate and have the spiritual energy to handle the situation that comes my way. 🖤 This is a powerful message to receive when you are questioning,
'In the center of the ring, there is a beautiful woman astride a wide, black horse with a shining dark mane and tail. The woman’s flowing black hair I almost as thick and long as her horse. She wears leather armor with a metal breastplate that is adorned with intricate Celtic symbols. Morrigan, the Great Queen is a figure from Irish mythology associated with war and fate. Before battle, she whispers in the ears of warriors, revealing their destiny – striking fear into some and inspiring others to victory.
Drawing this card represents upcoming strength when you’re in the spotlight, in a moment of conflict, or in an important decision. The Great Queen rides alongside you – so have courage in yourself and trust that fate is on your side. Just don’t get too attached to any one particular outcome, Morrigan might know more than you about how the situation will resolve itself...."
Is anyone else struggling like me? How are you coping with things?
