10 day photo dump.

This one’s for me.
So I can look back years from now and remember what this season actually felt like.

I’ve been really focused on mental health, internal safety, and writing whatever wants to come out on . Turns out when I stop trying, the writing hits harder anyway.

Very into my chest right now 😜. Hormones are doing their thing. 💩Feeling good in my skin again.. scratch that. For the first time!

Also very into getting groceries, cooking, and showing up with flowers like it’s nothing. Big fan.

I’m deep in my alumni recommitment era. I’ve been in this industry a long time and it’s different now. More grounded. More honest. Less hype. Less trying to make them see just meeting peeps where their at. More embodiment. More human & less spiritual glitter bypassing

I’m into the boring life lately. The kind that actually creates stability, safety, connection, and wealth. The kind that doesn’t require abandoning yourself to look impressive online.( that’s hard for me because i once had to prove i mattered)

Working out. Writing a lot. Running ads. Loving my dogs hard. Having very human moments where I question everything and then keep going anyway.

It feels good to block out the noise and do what actually feels true. People are craving real right now. I am too.
