Kumbuka For ALZ Kumbuka, which translates to "Remember" in Swahili, serves as the foundation for this page dedicated to raising awareness about Alzheimer’s & Dementia.

The aim is to spread jnformation about the diseases, and how it affects the individuals & families.

This is the side of Dementia/ ALZ that’s not always shown or heard. This is one of the few cries while we were in the ICU over a year ago. The type of pain she expressed and what she was going through broke my heart💔, but I knew I had to be there for her advocate for her and fight hard to make sure she survived.
This is a clip to raise awareness and for you to take time to study the disease to make sure if it’s your loved one, you may be prepared.
