I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve! I am also thankful for every single soul that helped me get here! You know who you are! It takes a committed community to care, love and protect our youth! I’m learning to find my tribe and work together to make things happen! These beautiful humans are our future and I don’t play about them! 🧘🏾‍♂️🙏🏾❤️
Side Note: I had several students come up to me after our session just to thank me for showing up! To share how much better they felt. They also wanted to make sure I was coming back! Warmed my whole heart! It matters & THEY matter!!!!

To change the emphasis, direction, or focus of.
In this season of my life it’s about being SOLID & SOFT! Moving and doing things that fuel and feed my heart, soul and spirit! It’s gonna be me saying NO to things to create space for all the YESES!!! I’ve already decided….THEY COMING!!!!! 😜✅💯🧘🏾‍♂️✨✈️👑
