It's been a long time, IG family, but we just had to post our .jorge inspired Tantanmen!! It turned out delicious!! Our version uses king trumpet mushrooms for scallops and ground topping, and we added purple cabbage and seaweed salad for texture. This is a must do again... thank you for the inspiration!!

Hello my friends, here's another mouth watering recipe I think you will enjoy!

Carrot Salad

3 c carrot pulp (after juicing)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1/4 m sweet onion (chopped)
3 T Dill Relish (optional)
1 s hot pepper (optional)
1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped)
Mix all ingredients together. Add pinenut mayo.

Raw Pinenut Mayo

1 1/2 c pinenuts (may use cashews or peeled almonds)
6 T lemon juice (1 1/2 lemons)
3 garlic cloves
1/4 c coconut water + 2T
1 T coconut flakes (fresh coconut meat works really good too)
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t sea salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Use as much as desired in carrot salad and enjoy with lettuce, crackers or toasted bread. Adjust seasoning as desired. Enjoy!

Today is the first day of
"Raw for the Summer"🍏🍋🍅🥭🍉
Our featured recipe is Kale Salad! Each week we will share one, two or three recipes to help you stay on track, thismay be a juice, a smoothie or like today a delicious salad. Starting raw can be a challenge for many, but keeping it simple is key. Enjoy!

2 bunches organic kale
3 scallions (chopped)
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
1-2 t onion powder
1-2 t garlic powder
2 t smoked paprika
1 t salt (optional)
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c liquid amino (soy or coconut)
1/2 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T pinenuts
2 T h**pseeds
1 T nutritional yeast (optional)

Wash kale, remove stems and break into desired size (I like to cut mine small)
In large mixing bowl Add all remaining ingredients. Massage kale until it has reduced in size. Let sit for approximately 1 hour for flavors to mend. Enjoy!

On a cool night a warm bowl of soup always does the body good!

Did you know that spinach creates an alkaline environment in the body? Add more spinach to your routine! Your body will thank you 🙃

Quick Spinach Soup

4 c spinach
1/4 peice of leek
2 celery stalks
3 gloves of garlic
1/2 c fresh tomatoes (optional)

Seasoning of choice. Suggested: sea salt, 21seasoning(Trader's Joe's), nutritional yeast, Indian spices. 2T h**pseeds

Over medium heat let cook for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from pot to blender, add seasoning and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Pre-digested, great for juice fasting and blending!

So, today December 1st my daughter and I started a 21 day juice fast with added smoothies or blended soups from pulp! The last few days have been chili especially here in Texas.

When I juiced before I froze my pulp so tonight I blended it and added some Indian spice. It is so good!

I hope this inspires you to continue on your juice journey while staying warm.

Blending gives you pre-digested foods so that the body doesn't need to work overtime. Really, to me it's better than adding a protein powder because you know what you put in it, I used h**pseeds for my protein.

Kale Protein Salad

1 bunch kale
3 c Spinach
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 c pinenuts
1/4 c h**pseeds
2 lemons juiced (8 T)
1/4 c liquid amino
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
Onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast to taste (approximately 1-2 t each)

Mix all ingredients by massaging until well coated and leaves are broken down. Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!

2 Lemon juiced
1 t Sea salt
3 T Nutritional yeast
1/4 t Probiotics 2 capsules
