In general, there are so many supplements that cause more harm than good. This is a good place to start - avoid the brands below and go from there (click on the picture to see full list). And Nature’s way is a bit of a mixed bag too - contrary to this poster’s opinion.

Also - cheaper is not better, it usually means more j***y fillers or low quality product.

Want to activate your GLP-1 naturally?

1. Eliminate processed and ultra processed foods from your diet. Prioritize healthy animal fats and proteins.

2. Get your gut right - for some that can take over a year - recommend working with a practitioner to minimize unwanted side effects.

3. Incorporate the appropriate herbals/natural supplements to assist with insulin resistance. (Examples: Berberine, Bitter Melon, Gymnema, fenugreek, fennel) - again, best to consult a practitioner for the right ones and amounts for you.

Read your labels carefully folks - not all organic labels are the same...

• 100% organic — Products that have this label must be made with 100% certified organic ingredients. These items can display the USDA organic seal and make the "100% organic" claim.

• Organic — For a product to simply be labeled "organic," at least 95% of its ingredients must be certified organic, with up to 5% nonorganic ingredients allowed, as long as they are listed on the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances.

• "Made with" organic ingredients — These items must contain at least 70% certified organic ingredients but cannot display the USDA organic seal or represent the entire product as organic.

• Specific organic ingredients — Products with less than 70% organic content cannot carry the organic seal or use the word "organic" on the packaging. However, certified organic ingredients can still be listed on the product’s ingredient panel.

The label shows 4g of ADDED sugar per serving. At 23 servings a bottle, that’s 92g of sugar. In just that bottle. And they are using both corn syrup AND high fructose corn syrup.

FDA Seeks Power to Remove Homeopathic Medicines
https://homeopathychoice.org/tell-fda/ #/20/

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has proposed new guidelines for homeopathic drugs that would give the agency the power to remove properly formulated homeopathic products currently legal under the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act which governs the FDA.

In addition, since the FDA has withdrawn its previous policy—which outlined clear steps for bringing homeopathic medicines to market—the agency has provided no clear guidance on how manufacturers should comply with the law. The results so far have been chaos and a de facto removal of an entire category of homeopathic medicines. The agency’s abrupt moves have thrown manufacturers, practitioners, consumers and, indeed, the entire homeopathy community into confusion and uncertainty.

A true UTI or...

Excessive ingestion of acidity (soda) or alkalinity (coffee) irritates the mucous lining of the bladder and causes burning during urination. Many complain of frequent “bladder infections”. In addition, retention of alkaline urine allows bacterial growth and further exacerbates the symptoms.

The situation also indicates a lack of acidity due to protein deficiency (often found in females) resulting in calcium deficiency. Such a condition relaxes the internal sphincter and excites the musculature of the urinary bladder. When chronic, this tends to express urine from the bladder and results in incontinence.

The signs and symptoms are often found with kidney stone formation and are frequently found in chronic stone formers.

Close the Blinds During Sleep to Protect Your Health.
Date: March 14, 2022
Source: Northwestern University- published in PNAS

Summary: This study suggests exposure to even moderate ambient lighting during nighttime sleep, compared to sleeping in a dimly lit room, harms your cardiovascular function during sleep and increases your insulin resistance the following morning. Just a single night of exposure to moderate room lighting during sleep can impair glucose and cardiovascular regulation, which are risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.
