Celebrating Success: ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Keyana's Journey with QHW started in October. Keyana joined QHW after participating in one of my 30-day challenges. Although she aimed to lose 15 pounds, I was confident that she could shed 20 pounds by 12/31/2023. And this week, Keyana weighed in at a remarkable 21.2 pounds down!

Even during Thanksgiving break, Keyana was able to enjoy the food she wanted while exceeding her original goal. This is what we call practical and lasting weight loss!

The Royal Reset is a gradual transition low-carb diet. The goal is to help you lose weight by changing your mindset and cutting carbs. As you move through the courses, you will be able to lose weight without giving up the foods that you love for good. Move at your own pace. Each "course" lasts an average of two to three weeks. This means a minimum 8-week commitment. Feel free to go back and redo a phase if you need to. We all have goals, but be sure to listen to your body and don’t force yourself into a course prematurely.⁣
