5 years ago today I was in a wonderful cafe in Bali hosting my very first yoga retreat ❤️. In a little over 30 days from now I will be heading to Egypt to host my 3rd with 18 amazing souls.

SACRED VALLEY PERU YOGA RETREAT 2022

✨Every yoga retreat is different. The people attending, what they share, where we are in the world, how each person opens up and the sometimes surprising bonds created is what makes each retreat so very special. I saw people that in any other circumstance, may never have thought they had anything in common share laughter, hugs and a piece of themselves.
