We’re not here for easy.
We’re not here for perfect.

We’re here for the ones who wake up with too much on their plate and strap up anyway.

For the ones who carry grief in one hand and groceries in the other.

For the moms, the dads, the brothers, the fighters, the faithful.

The world wants to tell you to numb out.
To self-care your way into silence.
To wait until you're healed to help someone else.

Nah. We move with the pain. We carry through the chaos. Because here’s the truth:

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” – Galatians 6:2

This is HOSS✝HAUS.

Where strength isn't a show—it's a service.

Ruck the weight.
Walk the walk.
Carry for someone else.

Tag your people.
Let’s get back to it.

“100 Packs. One Mission.”

This December, Grady’s Packs is going big.

Our goal?
🎒 100 fully stuffed backpacks
for kids spending Christmas in the hospital.

This isn’t charity.
This is personal.
Grady’s been there. And now he’s on a mission to carry hope back in—with your help.

Here’s what we’re packing:

🧸 Comfort Items – Blankets, socks, stuffed animals
🎲 Toys & Activities – Legos, fidget toys, cards, crafts
📖 Books & Encouragement – Devotionals, coloring books, journals
🧼 Essentials – Toothbrushes, water bottles, beanies
❤️ Extras – Notes of hope, scripture cards, love

Every pack matters. Every mile we ruck counts. Every item reminds a kid: you’re seen, you’re loved, you’re not alone.

When Grady and I first talked about starting HOSS + HAUS, it wasn’t about merch or miles.

It was about movement—with purpose.
It was about carrying weight that matters.

And one thing Grady said from the very beginning?

“We should do something for kids in the hospital over Christmas… because I know how that feels.”

So this year—we’re doing it.

We’re proud to launch our first big HOSS + HAUS project: Grady’s Packs.

We’ll be rucking for backpacks and toys, filling each pack with hope, comfort, and joy for kids spending Christmas in the hospital.

Grady will be hand-delivering them this holiday season—Hoss style.

Because when you’ve carried something hard, you’re the best one to help someone else lighten the load.

We’ll be sharing more details soon.
But for now, remember:
Every step. Every pack. Every mile. It matters.

Want to help, share this post so we can start getting the word out. We are going to need all the help we can get ✝️

Today we don’t post to promote.
We post to remember.

Some weights we choose to carry—
and some were carried for us.

Today, we honor the men and women who gave everything so we could wake up free.
So we could walk trails without fear.
So we could build movements like this one.

Memorial Day isn’t just about memory.
It’s about mission.

So if you ruck today,
Do it for someone who can’t.
Pray for the families who gave more than we can imagine.
Carry with reverence.
Serve with purpose.

We’re not here to take this life lightly.

“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” – John 15:13

If you’re thinking about rucking but unsure where to start—this one’s for you.

First off: don’t overthink it.
You don’t need fancy gear. You don’t need a military background. You just need to start where you are.

Grab a backpack. Throw some weight in it—books, sandbags, a couple dumbbells—and walk. That’s it.

Go slow.
Start light.
It’s not about proving anything.

The right pack will make a difference, and your feet? Yeah—they’re your most important piece of gear. Take care of them. Good shoes, good socks, break things in before you push too far.

And no—you don’t need to “train.”
You need to move.
One mile done with purpose is more powerful than five done in shame.

Here at HOSS✝HAUS, we don’t ruck to flex.
We ruck because life is heavy—and walking through it with a pack on reminds us that we’re strong, steady, and never alone.

Got questions?
Drop them below.
And if you know someone who needs to move through something—tag ’em.

Let’s carry forward.

Some days are loud. Some days are quiet.
But every day, the mission stays the same:

Carry what’s heavy.
Move with purpose.
Serve where you are.

Here at HOSS✝HAUS, we don’t ruck for clout.
We ruck because life is heavy, and walking through it—with intention, with faith, and with each other—makes it bearable.

If you’ve been carrying something this week—physically or spiritually—know this:
You don’t have to carry it alone.

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” – Galatians 6:2

Let’s keep moving.
Let’s carry forward.
Strap in, Hoss.

It’s Thursday.
You’re not fresh.
You’re not fired up.
You’re just still carrying.

And that? That’s strength.

You showed up again.
You strapped in.
You kept moving when quitting sounded easier.

That’s what HOSS✝HAUS is built on—ordinary people with an extraordinary refusal to stay stuck.

So don’t wait for perfect conditions.
Don’t wait to feel like it.

Just move.
Serve.
Pray.
Carry.

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” – Galatians 6:2

The week isn’t done—and neither are you.

Someone out there is carrying a lot right now.
And they don’t have a gym.
Or a therapist.
Or a plan.

What they do have is a body.
A worn-out soul.
And the tiniest bit of strength left to keep going.

That’s who we’re building this for.

HOSS ✝ HAUS is for the ones who carry heavy—mentally, physically, spiritually—and are ready to move with intention.

We don’t flex.
We carry.
We serve.
We heal—together.

Tag someone who needs this community.
Send this to someone carrying something they haven’t named yet.

We’re not building a brand.
We’re building a mission.

Let’s grow this the right way.

It’s Monday.
Not a fresh start.
A fresh opportunity.

To carry with intention.
To move with meaning.
To show up—tired, overwhelmed, unsure—and still move anyway.

We don’t need motivation.
We need mission.

So here’s yours for today:
✅ Strap in
✅ Pray while you move
✅ Text someone who's carrying something heavy
✅ Log your miles and let your faith lead the way

This is HOSS ✝ HAUS.
We don’t ruck for reps.
We ruck because we were Built to Carry. Called to Serve.

Mother’s Day isn’t just roses and cards.
It’s the quiet battles. The unseen strength.
The weight that no one talks about.

For some, it’s joy.
For others, it’s grief.
For many, it’s a mix of both.

We see the ones carrying the weight of motherhood, whether biological or chosen.
We see the moms who’ve lost, the ones who’ve fought, the ones who are still figuring it out.

Today, we carry with you.
We lift up those who feel broken.
We celebrate those who make life happen.
We honor those who show up, every day, regardless of the burden.

To all the women, mothers, warriors: You are not alone.

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” – Galatians 6:2

You are strong. You are seen. You are enough.

Saturday isn’t your day off.
It’s your day to offload.

The weight from the week?
Still there.
The stress, the distractions, the soul-level stuff you’ve been stuffing down?
Yep. Still hanging on.

So we move.

Not to escape it—but to face it.
We ruck with purpose.
We sweat with prayer.
We show up with intention—because that’s what a Hoss does.

If your soul’s been heavy,
strap in.

Let’s carry it forward—one holy, heavy step at a time.
