Mary has been an absolute joy to know and a true gift to so many lives over the years. Her journey with Comfort Keepers started with simply taking a client to get her hair done and playing a little bingo. But from those small beginnings grew a powerful bond.

Mary lovingly cared for her client, Miss Mildred, for 12 years—walking with her through every stage, from companionship to end-of-life care. Through it all, Mary was a steady presence, offering kind words, compassion, and endless encouragement. Miss Mildred often called our office just to tell us how much Mary meant to her—how she lifted her spirits and helped her through depression. 💐

At 100 years old, Lee Smith isn’t slowing down—he’s jumping out of planes.
A World War II veteran who trained for jumps but never had the chance during service, Lee has made up for it by skydiving four times since turning 96. And though high winds recently delayed his fifth jump, his fearless spirit hasn’t wavered.

People say he’s crazy.
We say he’s inspiring.

Lee’s story is a powerful reminder that a fighter spirit doesn’t fade with age. The strength to keep going, to chase joy, and to defy limitations—that kind of grit lifts everyone around us.
