DEEP DIVE⭐️
To unlearn bad habits, 

1st Identify triggers, replace them with better ones, set realistic goals, and build a supportive environment by enlisting a friend and changing your surroundings. Staying mindful, preparing for slip-ups, and rewarding small wins are also crucial for lasting change. 

Make a plan

Understand your triggers: Track your behavior to identify what situations, people, or emotions prompt the habit.

Know your motivation: Write down why you want to change. Having a meaningful purpose can keep you motivated.

Set realistic goals: Start with small, incremental changes to build momentum rather than aiming for perfection.

Replace the habit: Find a new, healthier behavior to do instead of the old one. 

Change your environment and mindset 

Make the habit harder to do: Remove triggers and tempting situations from your surroundings.

Make the good habit easier to do: Change your environment to support your new goals.

Visualize success: Picture yourself succeeding in your new behavior to reinforce your commitment.

Use positive self-talk: Counteract negative thoughts by using words like "but" to pivot your mindset. 

Stay consistent and prepared 

Find support: Enlist a friend or join a group to hold each other accountable.

Reward yourself: Acknowledge and celebrate your progress with small rewards.

Be patient: Understand that changing habits takes time and be patient with yourself.

Plan for slip-ups: Recognize that you will have setbacks and have a plan for how to get back on track without giving up.

Morning Routine

Wake Up with Intention (6:00–6:30 AM)

Start your day with gratitude or affirmations.

Take a few deep breaths or meditate for 5 minutes to center your mind.
Benefit: Builds emotional resilience and sets a positive tone for the day.

Hydrate and Nourish

Drink a glass of water with lemon or chlorophyll.
