Gateway Massage has been helping clients heal and relax in Douglasville since opening its doors in 2020. Founded by Mr. Carl Joyce, the business first began in 2014 as a mobile massage service around Atlanta before growing into a full-time practice in Douglasville. His passion for massage therapy comes from personal experience with physical therapy during college, where he discovered his calling to help others through healing work.
Gateway is known for its focus on customer service and individualized care. “A good product gets people in the door, but how you make them feel keeps them coming back and that’s my focus,” Mr. Joyce shared. Each client receives a service tailored to their unique needs rather than a “cookie cutter” session, with an emphasis on listening, following up, and working toward long-term wellness.
