Yesterday I released a new product called Happy Heart Elixir. It’s designed to help release heavy emotions of the heart and ease mild anxiety and depression. It was brutally cold yesterday at the Market in the Garden in EAV, but it still was pleasant to chat with those who stopped by for tea samples and grab things for immunity health.

Sea moss straight from St. Lucia. If your sea moss doesn’t smell like a breeze of ocean, have a little crustacean attached 🦞, contain some barnacle or other sea matter, I’d question rather it was pool/farmed raised or straight from the ocean.

Sea moss can be pool-farm raised and often times appears thicker in strand and full of salt.
