🎉 Tomorrow, we turn 6.

Six years of Momentum. Of growth, grit, and grace. Of early mornings, hard calls, big wins, and even bigger hearts.

Six years ago, Momentum started as a team of one—with a big vision, a lot of heart, and a belief that we could do things differently. Today, we are a team of 40 strong: 40 people who lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and show up every day to make a difference in the lives of the kids and families we serve.

What started as a dream to build something different—something deeply human in a field that can often feel clinical—has grown into a place I’m endlessly proud to lead. A place where kids are met with joy, families with hope, and team members with purpose.

To every therapist, admin, manager, BCBA, BCaBA, director and support staff who shows up day after day with compassion and courage—you are the heart of this place. You make the difference. Every milestone we’ve reached is because of your energy and your belief in what we do.

And to my guiding team—you’ve helped carry this vision when it felt heavy. You’ve refined it, protected it, and elevated it. Thank you for standing in the storm with me and always choosing the harder, better path. I see you. I’m grateful for you.

Six years down, and we’re just getting started. Here's to the laughter, the breakthroughs, the deep breaths, and the unshakable "why" that drives us all.
