My Dearest Friends,

A new door in our journey has gently opened. The second family to view our home made an offer, and we are now under contract. If everything goes as planned, we’ll close on October 30th and begin the next chapter in a new space.

Newnan has been an incredible home for us, filled with warmth and a beautiful sense of community. You have all touched our hearts in ways that words can barely express. Your love, kindness, and compassion have been our strength through the hardest of times, and we simply couldn’t have navigated this without you.

Things are moving quickly, and we won’t have the chance to say goodbye to each of you in person before we move. But please know that every single one of you holds a special place in our hearts. Since the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Tharon in February, you have been our lifeline, wrapping us in love, offering comfort, soft hugs, gentle reminders through feathers, and the kind of unwavering support that kept us going when we felt like we couldn’t.

Saying “thank you” doesn’t seem nearly enough to convey how grateful we are. This journey has taught us many profound lessons, not the least of which is how deeply you love Tharon and how his passing has inspired you to embrace life fully.

Since February, we’ve been in “monk” mode, focusing on self-care and healing, and we deeply appreciate your understanding. Please know that this hasn’t been a reflection of how much we love or value you. You’ve always been just a thought away, and our hearts are full to overflowing with gratitude for the love you’ve shown us.

We love you, and we will carry you with us, close in our hearts, for the rest of our lives.
