Don't take people's behavior personally. If you take everything personally, you will be offended for the rest of your life. Even when it seems personal, rarely do people do things because of you, they do things because of them. You may not be able to control all the things people say and do to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them. Make that decision for yourself today. Do what it takes to remain calm and address the situation from the inside out. 🧘🏼‍♀️

It doesn't matter if you're cup is half empty or half full... either way it's refillable 🙌

When you're going through a hard time, I know it can be difficult to focus on self care and "filling up your cup"... but in those hard time it's more important than ever to make time for YOU!

Some ideas on how to refill your cup 💕
🤍 do a hobby you love
🤍 spend time with a friend
🤍 try something new
🤍 go for a walk
🤍 do a workout
🤍 read a book
🤍 sit outside
🤍 take a bath or shower
🤍 light some candles
🤍 take a nap
🤍 cook a nice meal

𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 100 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘧𝘵 -- 𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙮!

Can you believe it?  There's less than 100 days left of 2021. For those that are waiting until 2022 to start making healthier choices, stop procrastinating! Don't waste the rest of the year.

Not ready to go "all in" - Join the club. You don't have to go "all in" - start small. Take a walk. Drink more water. Practice gratitude. You've got 95 days to work on creating better habits so that when we come into the new year, we've already trained our minds & bodies to act, and react, in a way that serves us better.

I'm inviting YOU to join my free "Last 100 Days" accountability group. There will be a daily check-in around gratitude, hydration, nutrition, movement, and personal development. Could you use some improvement in any of those areas? I know I definitely can.

If you're telling yourself that you won't be perfect all 100 days, you are correct. Of course you won't. It's not about being perfect. It's about being aware and making small changes that will eventually lead to big results.

𝙂𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙞𝙩, 𝙁𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝘽𝙊𝙊𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙨

I know for me, October is the last month before the crazy overwhelm of the holidays and the new year starts to stress me out. When I’m stressed, the first thing that goes is self-care which means I tend to end the year feeling, well, like a lesser version of myself.

Excuse makers seem to put more time into crafting the perfect justification for their actions (or inactions) than into working and succeeding. But let's be real -- ᴡᴇ 𝐀𝐋𝐋 ᴅᴏ ɪᴛ. But it's time for YOU to stop. 🛑 In short term, an excuse seems like an easy fix. It's anything but. Psychologists call excuse making "rationalization," a defense mechanism we use to justify bad behavior and poor decisions. While the excuses seem perfectly rational to the excuse maker, everyone else is rolling their eyes. 🙄 Excuse making is just a form of lying (mostly to yourself). When you make an excuse, you're holding yourself back! STOP doing that!
